What do I get?
Allianz Healthbox members initial visit will be assessed by an ISPO certified Prosthetist-Orthotist Clinician to make a prosthetic/orthotic management plan depending on client’s condition. This includes their options and recommendations that are appropriate to their situation.
How to redeem

  • We will send out a form to be fill-up and input the voucher / promo code
  • Clinic staff will confirm schedule

Terms and Conditions
  • Clients must present clearance from their physician that they are ready for a prosthetic or orthotic device
  • Present your Healthbox Digital ID and promo code you received from Allianz Healthbox to Exceed P&O sales representative when availing services
