The Fund aims to achieve long-term capital appreciation and regular income by investing in BlackRock’s BSF Global Real Asset Securities Fund Class D3 USD which invests globally in equity and equity-related securities of companies, the main business of which is in the real estate and infrastructure sectors. It shall apply a hedging mechanism via forwards that will minimize the impact of PHP-USD exchange rate fluctuations on the underlying US Dollar-denominated fund investment.

Payout entitlement is based on all outstanding units as of Record Date. 
Distribution of payouts will be via fund transfer to the elected bank accounts of policyholders within 20 business days from Record Date.
